Guram Nikolashvili is the advisor on energy issues at Geocase. He is a public policy specialist who has been working as a political and energy communication consultant for the past decade. He is the founder of the National Association of Energy and Environment, the energy platform and the public communication platform - "Hydro Alliance".
During 2004-2018, he worked as a deputy director of the Javakhishvili Institute of History and Ethnology; a director of the Tbilisi Media Library Association, a coordinator of the Tbilisi Business Accelerator, funded by the European Union; a manager of the Tbilisi Business Service Center; and a director of the St. George Elementary Public School.
Since 2018, he has been working in the positions of presenter and author of programs on political and social issues at the Public Broadcaster and Imedi TV.
In 2001, he graduated from the Faculty of History of the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, and a program in public policy at the Georgian Institute of Public Administration (GIPA) in 2008.
Guram was born on August 25, 1979. During 1985-1996, he studied at the 165th secondary school in Tbilisi. He has a wife and one child.
