Geocase is delighted to welcome Victor Topouria to its team as an International Communications Manager. In his new role, Victor will help shape international and public-facing narratives.
Victor brings years of cross-sector experience in strategic communications, messaging, and high-level stakeholder engagement. He began his career at Los Angeles–based consulting firm High Lantern Group, advising global NGOs and Fortune 500 companies across the energy, technology, telecommunications, hospitality, healthcare, and pharmaceutical sectors. His expertise spans narrative development, risk and reputation strategy, and translating complex regulatory, political, and social issues into actionable communications. While there, he also helped coordinate a high-level Global Forum that brought together business, policy, and healthcare leaders to address the workplace mental health crisis.
His international experience includes work with McCann Worldgroup in Hong Kong, where he contributed to an integrated communications campaign for a multinational consumer goods brand. Beyond corporate advisory roles, Victor has hands-on experience in logistics, sales, fundraising, and frontline healthcare during the COVID-19 pandemic - skills that allowed him to shape messages to suit diverse audiences, even in complex or unpredictable circumstances.
Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication from the University of Missouri, graduating magna cum laude in the top 10 percent of his class, and was awarded the U.S. State Department’s prestigious Critical Language Scholarship (CLS) for intensive Russian language study. He recently earned a Master’s degree in History and International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), focusing his research on the interplay between post-Cold War geopolitics, institutional decision-making, and public trust.
He is fluent in Georgian, English, and Russian, with working proficiency in Spanish.
"Victor’s expertise in strategic communications and his proven ability to navigate complex narratives will be a significant asset to Geocase," said Victor Kipiani, Chairman of Geocase. “We’re pleased to welcome him to the team and look forward to his contributions to our work and outreach."
