The Geocase foreign policy research fellow and international secretary Nikoloz Khatiashvili joined the "Build Georgia" project of the International Republican Institute (IRI), which aims to involve successful leaders and young people of Georgia in the process of solving the problems facing the country in the next 2 years.
The process will prepare the ground for reaching a consensus in an informal environment through evidence-based discussion and compromise.
60 participants from various fields, including academic circles and the non-governmental sector, are involved in the project.
"The International Republican Institute (IRI), with the support of expert facilitators, will use a public dialogue approach to build a common ground for different actors. The proposed approach will focus on reaching a consensus in an informal environment, which creates a base for increased cooperation and compromise.
