Biography

Ilya Roubanis (PhD, MA) is an Area Studies analyst and journalist, specialising in the Caucasus and the Western Balkans. He has worked for numerous think tanks as a policy analyst and as a government affairs adviser.

Currently, he is on the editorial team of Caucasus Watch, a specialised news platform based in Germany.
