A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between Geocase and Hybrid Warfare Research Institute (HWRI), based in Croatia. 

The Memorandum envisages sharing scientific and analytical information of mutual interest between Geocase and HWRI. This collaboration will take the form of articles, information notes, and other relevant materials, aimed at promoting a deeper understanding of Georgia in Croatia and vice versa. The focus will always be on addressing topics of international significance. Additionally, both organizations will engage in the joint development and production of analyses with a specific emphasis on geopolitics and international relations impacting Croatia, the European Union (EU), NATO, and Georgia.

The MoU was signed by Victor Kipiani, Chairman of Geocase and Gordan Akrap, Director of HWRI.
 

Both organizations anticipate that this cooperation will contribute to knowledge and experience exchange as well as collaboration on issues of global importance and will enhance understanding of geopolitical dynamics.
