Liana Jervalidze Spoke at the International Conference on Transporting Crude and Products via the Caucasus Transport Corridor and Georgian Ports

Liana Jervalidze, Senior Research Fellow at the Geocase think tank, spoke at the international conference on transporting crude and products via the Caucasus transport corridor and Georgian ports.
 

In her presentation, Liana Jervalidze discussed the current challenges and opportunities of Georgian railways and the government's plan for overcoming these challenges from 2023 to 2030. She leveraged the document adopted by the government on August 15, 2023, titled "Transport and Logistics Strategy of Georgia 2023-2030."
 

She also moderated the discussion panel of the conference, "Georgia's Role and Prospects in the Middle Corridor." As part of the conference, participants visited the Kulevi oil terminal.
 

The international conference, "Transporting Crude and Products via the Caucasus Transport Corridor and the Georgian Ports," organized by Confidence Information Services, was held on July 4-5, 2024, in Batumi, Georgia.
