Geocase is pleased to announce the addition of Katherine Brady, a student at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, who joins the organisation as a research intern specialising in global security and Georgian diplomacy.
Katherine is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Science, Technology, and International Affairs (STIA), with an academic focus on the intersection of emerging technologies, security policy, and global governance. Her studies have equipped her with strong analytical skills in assessing technological risks, evaluating security challenges, and understanding the policy frameworks that shape international responses to rapidly evolving innovations.
Prior to joining Geocase, Katherine gained diverse international experience through academic and professional engagements. She previously served as a summer intern at Geocase, where she contributed to research, writing, and policy analysis in areas related to international security and diplomacy. Her work supported projects examining geopolitical trends and the strategic implications of technological developments on global affairs.
Katherine further expanded her global perspective during a study abroad program in Geneva, Switzerland - one of the world’s leading centers for multilateral diplomacy and global governance. There, she deepened her expertise in topics including global health policy, international institutions, and international security cooperation.
As Geocase, Katherine's research will focus on global security and Georgian diplomacy, leveraging both her academic background and hands-on international experience to support the analysis of complex global challenges.
Geocase looks forward to Katherine’s contributions and welcomes her continued engagement with the team.
