On 28-29 of October 2022 "Lucian Blaga" University of Sibiu, through the Global Studies Center (LBUS), organized the International Conference "Challenges and Development Paths for a Cooperative Identity in the Black Sea Region" where Victor Kipiani, the Chairman of Geocase, was invited to speak. 
 

Later the organizer compiled the event spikers' analyses into a publication related to the Black Sea security phenomenon. The policy paper with strategic recommendations for comprehensive cooperation in the Black Sea region includes Victor Kipiani's essay entitled 'The Black Sea Factor: From Words to Deeds - Like Never Before'.  
 

The essay covers essential issues of the Black Sea region security factors affecting global geopolitics and economy. The analysis also offers approaches and recommendations for better regional coordination and higher security.
